Terms of Service for WeDo - Your Shared Journey

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeDo mobile application operated by Naufal Ammar.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WeDo, you:

  • Are at least 13 years old
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement
  • Will comply with all applicable laws

2. Description of Service

WeDo is a mobile application designed for couples to:

  • Create and manage shared bucket lists
  • Track completed activities and memories
  • Store photos and notes about experiences
  • Sync data between partners in real-time

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.

4. Partner Connections

  • You can connect with one partner at a time
  • Both users must consent to the connection
  • Connected partners share access to all lists and memories
  • Either partner can disconnect at any time

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and sync your content for Service functionality.

Content Restrictions: Do not upload content that violates laws, infringes IP rights, contains malware, is hateful or harassing, or violates others' privacy.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Monthly: $2.99/month
  • Yearly: $19.99/year (save 44%)
  • Free Trial: 14 days for new Premium subscribers

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and auto-renew unless cancelled.

7. Acceptable Use

Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reverse engineer, use automated tools, attempt unauthorized access, or use for illegal purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

WeDo and all related content are owned by Naufal Ammar and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WeDo is a productivity tool, not relationship counseling.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
