Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download WeDo from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and sign up with your email or social login.
How do I connect with my partner?
Go to Profile > Connect with Partner. Share your invite code or scan their QR code.
Can I use WeDo alone?
Yes! You can use WeDo solo. Connecting with a partner is optional.
Premium & Billing
Do both partners need Premium?
No! One subscription covers both partners when connected.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > WeDo. Android: Google Play > Subscriptions > WeDo.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
Privacy & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes! All data is encrypted and stored securely on Firebase. We never sell your data.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Email us at naufal.rashif9@gmail.com to request a copy.
