Subscription Terms for WeDo Premium

2. Premium Features

• Unlimited AI Scraping: Extract content from any URL, no daily limits
• 4K Photo Quality: Upload photos in full resolution
• All Story Templates: Glass and Scrapbook templates (Premium only)
• Unlimited Lists & Memories: No restrictions on content

3. Free Trial

• 14 days from subscription start
• Full access to all Premium features
• No charge during trial
• Cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends to avoid charges
• Automatically converts to paid subscription after trial

4. Billing and Payment

• Payments processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We do not store your payment information
• Subscriptions automatically renew
• Charged 24 hours before renewal date

5. How to Cancel

iOS (Apple):

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "WeDo"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android (Google Play):

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
3. Select "WeDo"
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

6. After Cancellation

• Access continues until end of billing period
• Revert to Free tier at period end
• Existing content not deleted
• Can resubscribe anytime

7. Free Tier Limitations

• Maximum 5 lists
• Maximum 100 memories
• Standard photo quality (1080p)
• 5 AI extractions per day
• Polaroid template only

8. Couple Subscriptions

One Premium subscription covers both partners. When connected as a couple, both users get Premium features. Either partner can subscribe.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or play.google.com/store/account (Google).
